I support professionals of all ages and disciplines with career, leadership development and parental coaching. I've designed online and in-person coaching programs and have experience with self-assessment tools, job search strategies, leadership and skill development, and other professional growth topics. Namely, people wanting a change in their careers or lives.

I've worked with professionals with backgrounds in finance, technology, data science, engineering, product management, marketing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, education, consulting, CPG and law amongst others. Working across these industries has given me good insight into what it takes to succeed in different workplace environments both from a career and leadership perspective. And what these industries tend to look for in aspiring candidates. Clients of mine have worked for companies like Shopify, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Apple, BCG, Deloitte, Eli Lilly, Sanofi, TD, Capital One, Western Union, Moneris, Kenvue, Jones Lang LaSalle, HSBC, Mercy Health, amongst many others.

My coaching journey began with my experience as a leader in digital marketing. I then shifted into coach-specific roles at the University of Toronto and the Rotman School of Management as a Career Coach for several years supporting students from undergraduate to masters to PhDs in their career and leadership endeavours. I created customized programming, facilitated workshops and led group and one-to-one coaching in these roles which allowed my students to reach their goals.

Prior to becoming a Professional Coach, I spent over 10 years in leadership roles at digital marketing agencies focused on technology, consumer packaged goods and healthcare clients. I also worked as a recruiter at a prominent Toronto tech start-up.  This background and my professional coaching experience at the Rotman School of Management influenced my coaching style and provided me with good insight into the industry and individual needs.

I have obtained much of my coaching training from the Adler Graduate Professional School, and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a designation granted by the International Coach Federation. I have obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate from Conestoga College for Career Development Practitioner (CDP). I hold a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) with a Specialist in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour from Western University.

On a personal level, my husband and I also went through a fairly trying journey to conceive our first baby. I understand the emotional toll of fertility and parenting and how these experiences can impact both your identity and your career. And how to adjust as a working professional in light of those changes.

Curious whether Coaching could help?

Most clients start with a short conversation to talk through what they’re navigating in their career or leadership path and explore whether coaching might be helpful.

In this conversation we might:

• talk about what’s currently feeling challenging or uncertain
• explore what you’re hoping might shift or evolve
• see whether coaching could support you in this next step

If you're not sure whether coaching is the right fit, this conversation is simply an opportunity to explore what you're navigating and see if it would be helpful.
